What's a new style I can use for my curly hair? I'm planning to get it cut soon, and I rea

My hair is curly and forms a twist when it curls. It is dark brown in color. As for my face shape: heart-shaped. Also, I don't want it to be cut past my shoulders as it will get too hard to handle. Currently, my hair is in long layers (from mid-neck to mid-back). I'm a teenager, so I want a new/ about-to-be popular style. I would really appreciate your answers....thanks in advance.

Is it thick? I'd get it just above shoulder length so that you have a lot of versatility, a good amount of change, but you won't be pulled into the short hair shock. That way, you'll still be able to braid and pony tail it (little braids are always cute) and if you ever wanted to straighten it, it would come to a really good length. Then, keep going shorter/more layers/whatever over time.

Cut it about an inch below your chin and add layers. This is a freash %26amp; easy look and low maintenance.

go to the salon and ask what hair style they think would best suit your face, and just say that you are thinking of cutting it if you want to do it yourself before they have you in that chair and get you to pay over the top prices.

Hi, I suggest volume at your chin line with little volume on top. keep this in mind. curls help soften the features. good luck!!
