My daughter has very curly hair. They are not soft, but dry and dull. I tried oiling and finesse conditioning but it doesn't work. She is a very petite figure so she doesn't look nice in very short hair. Any suggestions.

This will help her tremendously in gaining the lost oil back. Repeat this everyday. You will be surprised. Also, once every two weeks, try a treatment that contains Mayo, eggs and Olive Oil.
