I have kind of thick hair to my midback. It is naturally straight with a tiny bit of a wave and i was wondering if there is a way i could make it curly in 15 minutes to a half an hour that will last up to ten hours. Thanks!!!!

First of all, never ever use shampoo. This goes for everybody!!!! All you need is conditioner, preferably one without sodium laureth sulfate. Shampoo strips your hair of its natural oils. Shampoo is detergent, all of them. Sodium laureth sulfate is found in garage floor cleaners and is the number one cause of split ends and frizzy hair, this comes from the FDA. Just scrub the conditioner into your scalp, and it will wash away all the dirt and leave your hair clean. Then run some more conditioner through your hair to detangle the ends, and rinse. Then you have to other options, when you get out of the shower ring your hair out with your hands , but do not rub your fingers through it at all. in fact do not touch it again until it is dry, then you can separate the curls as needed. The second option is to take hair pin clips,( the flat metal clips) and grab sections of hair and twist it then loop it up to your scalp and clip it, blow it dry and then take the clips out, make long curls that do not get big. This way with the pin curls will last all day and night, and it takes about thirty minutes
