How can you get smooth bangs when you have curly hair?

Hey, I have curly/wild hair and I'm thinking about getting bangs, but I know it will be hard to make them look nice. This is my natural hair:

And if I get bangs, this is basically what I'd want them to look like, but a little longer:

How can I achieve this look without having it take forever with a blowdryer? What products should I use, and what sort of brushes?

Just use a straightener or blow dry them with a round brush. If that doesn't work (it should) then consider getting the bangs permanently straightened.

first off, your natural hair looks like those Kenzie models or something vintage-y grunge-y ... pretty .! lol i like it alot.

and if you want the bangs, then just let them air dry, and when almost dry ( a little damp ), spray Tresemme heat protection spray in the air and put your head through it, then use a very good straightener ( i use a Chi ) on your bangs .!

Do not use a blowdryer it makes it poofy and wierd your best bet would probably be a straightening iron if you dont have one youll have to buy one but beware theyre pretty expensive. Good lluck.

u should straighten ur hair maybe it might look good on u . and the best products to use is AUSSIE.in a purple bottle with a kangaroo on it .it works really good and it smells good to.use a regular brush first then brush it with a comb til all the knots are out.
